For each kid you buddy up with, you will…

• Read their counselor’s career recommendation.
• Help them find the appropriate resources and learning projects (with our help).
• Check in with them once a week to chat, schedule study sessions, monitor project progress, or refer them to a mentor.

You start with one buddy and meet more when you feel ready!
